The data we collect
When you request an appointment, the website records your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service and format you chose, the requested time slot and, if you write one, your message.
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to the practice by email. The website does not store them.
What it is used for
This information is only used to manage your appointment: to approve it, send you confirmation or cancellation emails, and contact you if anything changes. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the practice's psychologist can see your information, in a password-protected area. She is bound by professional confidentiality.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. A technical cookie is only used to secure form submissions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting the practice.
